Ad Sales Supervisor
Poland & CEE territories
Ad Sales Supervisor will be a member of Disneymedia+ Ad Sales team. She/he will be fully responsible for preparation and execution of standard and non-standard media projects supporting various lines of TWDC businesses, including strategies; media split recommendation, offer, production, implementation and post buy. This person will be also involved in creating presentations to support Ad sales in CEE. The Ad Sales Supervisor will work closely with The Walt Disney Company’s teams based in Warsaw, London and Budapest as well as international partners.
Experience, education and skill requirements:
- Relevant sales experience in media and advertising industries and proven track-record of delivering mid-scale projects across various media (media agency sales environment preferable).
- Excellent understanding of TV and digital sales methodologies.
- Presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and works well independently
- Ability to work accurately to short deadlines. Strong planning and organizational capabilities, ability to multi-task.
- International state of mind, easy to cope with different nationalities, cultures and personalities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled in translating ideas into clear, high impact communications,
- Must present high levels of flexibility and adaptability, being open for challenges
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
